Insurance Associate, Inc. was established in 1974 by Merle "Bud" Ross and David R Savage.  Agency operations were located in Monticello and Dyersville.  The agency enjoyed rapid growth and was recognized as one of the best in the Tri-State area.  In 1996, Bud Ross retired from agency operations and the Dyersville office was sold.  In the next ten years, other agency locations were established in Cascade and Oxford Junction.
